Standard Warranty

·       Warranties will remain in effect for services and/or software and will cover any defects in services and/or software, provided the customer is current with annual maintenance.  Note: User modifications and 3rd party integrated products are excluded.

Standard Return Policy

·       There are no returns for the products and services unless specifically identified in the contract.

·       Some returns subject to manufactures’ return policies, please view the pricing index (Appendix C) for more details.
